M1 J5 → J10 → Airport Way. Add 10 minutes for early-morning Luton flights — lots of north-Watford passengers heading the same direction. Recommend 3-hour pickup buffer for international.
M25 anti-clockwise → J7 → M23. The M25 western stretch is sensitive to weather and accidents — we recommend a 4 hr 30 min buffer before flight time, especially in winter.
M25 J24 → M11 J8. Saturday morning 06:00–08:00 is the heaviest window — Stansted is mostly leisure flights. We add 15 minutes to that slot. The £10 Express Set Down fee is included in your fixed price.
A41 → A406 (North Circular) → A13. Rush-hour traffic through East London adds 15 minutes. London City is the easiest airport to mis-judge timing for — we recommend a 3 hr 15 min buffer.
