Our booking, cancellation, and service policies

These terms and conditions govern your use of A-B Sky Airport Transfers LTD services. By making a booking, you agree to these terms. Registered office: 9 Newbury Close, Luton, England, LU4 9QJ.

1 Definitions

“Company” refers to A-B Sky Airport Transfers LTD (Company No. 10637490). “Customer” refers to the person making the booking. “Transfer” refers to the taxi/minicab journey booked through our website or by phone. “Driver” refers to the licensed private hire driver assigned to your booking.

2 Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you confirm that all details provided are accurate. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3 Pricing

All prices quoted on our website are total fixed prices for the journey specified. Prices include VAT where applicable. Prices do not include tolls (e.g., Dartford Crossing, M6 Toll) which will be advised at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust the fare if the actual journey differs significantly from the booking (e.g., additional stops, route changes requested by the customer).

4 Payment

Payment can be made online via Stripe (debit/credit card) at the time of booking, by card in the vehicle using the driver’s card terminal, or in cash directly to the driver. Where card payment is made online, the full fare is charged at the time of booking. Refunds for cancellations are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy below.

5 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before a driver has been allocated and dispatched (ideally at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time) will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched will be subject to a call-out and waiting charge depending on the time elapsed, with the remainder of the fare refunded. 6 Airport Pickups

For airport pickups, we provide free waiting time of up to 60 minutes after the flight lands (based on live flight tracking). After the free waiting period, a waiting charge of £10 per 30 minutes may apply. If you are unable to locate your driver, call us immediately on +44 1582 420420.

7 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time and location. For airport pickups, we understand that flight times can vary — your driver will track your flight and adjust accordingly, so there is no need to rush. You must ensure that the number of passengers and luggage does not exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. Child car seats must be requested at the time of booking — we provide them free of charge. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or their passengers may result in a cleaning or repair charge.

8 Our Liability

We are fully licensed and insured for private hire operations. Whilst we make every effort to ensure punctual service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the journey in question.

9 Complaints

We take all complaints seriously. Please contact us at [email protected] or call +44 1582 420420 within 7 days of your journey. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 days.

10 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
