How quickly will I get a response?
Phone and WhatsApp are answered 24/7 — usually within seconds. Email and contact-form messages are replied to within 2 hours during UK daytime, or first thing the next morning if received overnight. If you're flying within 24 hours, please phone rather than email so we can confirm immediately.
How do I cancel a booking?
Cancellation is free at any time up to 1 hour before pickup. Just reply to your confirmation email, phone +44 1582 420 420, or WhatsApp us with your booking reference. If you paid by card, the refund lands back on your card in 3–5 business days.
Can I amend my booking (time, address, vehicle)?
Yes — amendments are free up to 1 hour before pickup. Flight times change, plans change, passenger counts change. Just phone or email with your booking reference and the updated details. If the amendment changes the price (e.g. bigger vehicle), we'll send a link to settle the difference, or refund you if the new price is lower.
How do I make a complaint?
We take complaints seriously. Email [email protected] with your booking reference and a brief description of what happened. A senior team member will reply within 24 hours with a written response and, where appropriate, a resolution or refund. For urgent matters please also phone +44 1582 420 420.
