Yes. We set up multiple authorised bookers on your account — each person can book directly by email or phone, and all journeys are consolidated onto the monthly invoice. You decide who is authorised, and we only accept booking requests from that list.
Yes — every booking gets a proper company invoice and receipt, emailed automatically to your finance team. Each monthly statement lists every journey with a per-trip breakdown, so reconciliation and expensing is straightforward. Please note we are not VAT registered.
No minimum. Whether you need one transfer a month or fifty, we are happy to open an account. Corporate accounts are designed to make your life easier, not lock you in.
