There is no "premium" tier, no extra tick box, no optional upsell — if you enter a flight number when you book, we track it. The 60 minutes free waiting time from touchdown is the same for every customer, regardless of vehicle class.
No. That is the whole point — our system sees the delay before you do, often before it is announced at the gate. The driver's pickup slot is updated automatically. If you want to call or WhatsApp us anyway, we are happy to hear from you, but you do not need to.
We see cancellations as soon as the airline publishes them. If your flight is cancelled, we will hold your booking and wait for you to confirm the replacement flight or a new pickup date. There is no extra cancellation fee if you are rebooking for a travel disruption you did not cause — just let us know when the new flight is confirmed.
Drop us a quick WhatsApp or call with the new flight number and we will re-point the tracker. Your original price stands, even if the new flight lands hours later. If you forget to tell us, we will see that your original flight landed without you on board and hold tight — but a two-second message saves everyone the guessing.
The driver is dispatched based on your actual landing time, so if you land 30 minutes early, the driver aims to arrive 30 minutes earlier too. In practice, drivers often leave a little earlier than strictly required to protect against last-minute speed-ups, so you rarely wait long.

The 60-minute clock starts when your plane touches down, not when you step out of arrivals. That gives you time for immigration, baggage and the walk to the car — especially at Heathrow T5, Gatwick South or Manchester T2. If you need longer (e.g. non-UK passport at peak time), call or message us before the trip and we will build in extra time.
